Is there a charge for online check images?
No. Online check imaging is a FREE service offered to those that
are enrolled in Jackson County Bank's FREE Internet Banking service.
Q:
Will this affect the information I currently receive in my statements?
No. Online check imaging is provided as an additional service to
assist you with your banking needs. This will not change the way
you currently receive your statements.
Q:
How do I view checks? Do I need any special software?
No. Special software is not necessary to view your checks.
To print copies, you need only have Windows 98 Second Edition or
above. You
can view your checks within Internet Banking by accessing the transactions
option or statements option. Click on the check number of the check or the words
"View Image" next to the deposit you wish to view.
This will bring up the image in your browser. You then have the
option to view the other side of the image or rotate it. You may print
the image directly from your browser.

Do I have to open a certain type of account or use special checks to
receive check images online?
No. Online check imaging is available for all Jackson County Bank
deposit accounts and does not require any special checks for imaging.

Is it safe to view check images online?
The safety of
your records is of the utmost importance to us. Online check
imaging is only available through our Internet Banking area using the
user ID and password known only to you. Online check imaging is
a secure way for you to view your checks online. (See Internet

Does the image show the front and back of my check?
Yes. You
can view and print both the front and back of the check images.

Are imaged checks valid as proof of payment?
Online check
images are accepted as valid proof of payment by local, state and
federal branches of government. They are also accepted by the
IRS and the courts.

How do I sign up for online check imaging?
Sign up
for our Internet Banking service, and you will automatically receive
your check images online.
