Set up or transfer an automatic payment
from your Jackson County Bank deposit account to a business that accepts automatic
payments.
1)
OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT JACKSON COUNTY BANK.
To make opening an account as quick and convenient as possible, we provide aNew Deposit Account
form foryou to print and complete prior to your
visit with us. For confidentiality
and personal service, we ask that you drop by any of our
six locations with your completed form. The proper identification cards
or information that you may need to bring with you
to open your account are indicated on this form.
Internet Banking
Be sure to sign up also for Jackson County Bank’s FREE
Internet Banking. View account balances, view images of your checks and
deposits, access your account history, transfer funds between accounts and
request stop payments. It’s easy to use and very convenient. Bring your
bank home with Internet Banking! Internet Bill
Payment
Don’t forget to give Internet Bill Payment a try! You can
pay almost anyone with Internet Bill Payment, from utility companies to
school lunch. Select from one-time payments or recurring payments. Don’t
hassle with stamps, envelopes and trips to the mailbox any longer.

STOP USING YOUR OLD ACCOUNT.
Balance your
old account and make sure all outstanding checks have cleared (allow at
least 10 days).
Leave enough funds in your
old account to cover pending automatic withdrawals. Do not close the
account until you have switched over any automatic deposits or
withdrawals to your new Jackson County Bank account.
If you are
moving, you should provide your new address to your old bank in case any
correspondence isnecessary at a later time.
Notify your old
bank that you are closing your account.
Destroy any
debit cards, checks or deposit slips for your old account once the
account is completely closed.

SWITCH OVER AUTOMATIC DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS. Provide the businesses that have automatic
deposits or withdrawals for your old account with your new account
information so that these transactions can be revised.
The Automatic Withdrawal Noticemay be used to set up or transfer automatic payment from your
Jackson County Bank deposit account to a business that offers automatic
withdrawal payments. To complete this form, print it, complete and sign
it, attach your voided check and submit it to the company that you wish to
pay via automatic withdrawal.
The Direct Deposit
Notice may be used to set up or transfer a direct deposit to
your Jackson County Bank deposit account. Print it, complete and sign it,
attach your voided check and submit it to the source of your direct
deposit. For direct deposit of Social
Security you may go to

Social Security office, or bring your
Social Security check
into the bank and we can set it up for you.
