Helpful Information
The first time you access your account(s), you will be required to enter your full social security number followed by the # key.  You will then be prompted to create a six to ten digit PIN.  This PIN will be used to access all of your accounts. If you do not access Telephone Banking within 90 days of opening your accounts, you will have to contact the bank to reactivate this feature.   Once you have become a Telephone Banking user you will only become inactive if you do not access any of your accounts for 180 days.  If this happens, contact a Personal Banker at 715-284-5341, and they will reactivate you.

To access information you will need to enter your account number(s), your PIN and a portion of your social security number followed by the # key.

Opening Menu provides access to account information as well as the ability to transfer funds and change your PIN.

Checking & Money Market Menu provides your balance information, deposit information, specific check and withdrawal information, ATM activity and overdraft protection account information.

Savings Menu gives your balance information, specific withdrawal and deposit information and ATM activity.

Loan Menu gives access to your loan balance, last payment date, last payment amount and year-to-date interest information.

CD (Certificate of Deposit) and IRA (Individual Retirement Account) Menu gives your account balance, maturity date, interest information and the current interest rate.

Funds Transfer Menu will allow you to transfer between your checking, money market,  savings and home equity or personal loan accounts.  You may also make payments on your loan accounts.  Transfers after 6 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Action keys on your telephone are as follows:
