Internet Banking Security.
We realize that security is of great importance to you, and it has always been a priority at Jackson County Bank. That is why we have extremely high criteria to ensure the security of your banking information online. Internet Banking uses methods like encryption, multiple authentication methods, firewalls, system monitoring and personal images to deter phishing sites. Login sessions have a time-out limit. Password guessing is deterred and reported. High-level firewall and Intrusion Detection systems are also implemented with our Internet Banking system.
We are constantly developing and implementing security enhancements to provide many layers of security to ensure the integrity of our Internet Banking system. Internet Banking Services.
When you use Internet Banking you can access your checking, savings, certificates of deposit, loans, IRAs and overdraft protection accounts.
Our Internet Banking features check imaging, which allows you to view your checks and deposits with the click of a mouse.
Using Internet Banking you can also view account balances and account history, transfer funds between accounts and request stop payments. You can even set up Alerts regarding your accounts, such as low balance alerts or incoming ACH transaction alerts. And with Internet Banking, transfers made before 6 P.M. on business days are processed on that business day.
Internet Banking is Simple.
When you sign up for Internet Banking, your account listing appears with “nicknames” instead of displaying account numbers. This is a security feature, and it makes it unnecessary to memorize or write down all of your account numbers. You may customize these “nicknames” by using the options feature within Internet Banking to name your account something that is easy for you to identify, such as “Joes Checking” or “Vacation Savings”.
Easy-to-use menus allow you to navigate through the system easily. If you need help, there is a HELP button at the top of the screen for instructions.
Our support page gives contact information if you need further support. It also list the times that we will be performing system maintenance on the Internet Banking system. Maintenance is done regularly to keep our system constantly improving, reliable and safe. This may result in down times, however maintenance is usually scheduled during low usage periods of the day.
